Lessons learned today:

1) Passing out is really not fun.

2) Passing out next to a wooden and glass cabinet filled with glass breakables? Doubly not fun.

Ow.

Now I have a wicked headache. Okay, so I already had one, but now I have a worse one.

Good news: Nothing broken.

Bad news: I hurt. And I'm jittery and shaky.

Yes, that's the very definition of not fun.

Good news: I didn't hit the cabinet. It was a close call, though.

Other good news: After that, I only hit the ground one more time. Okay, so hitting the sink on the way down wasn't fun. But still. Only one more time.

Bad news: I've been dealing with these... mini blackouts, for want of a better term. Where my vision goes dark and fuzzy, and I stagger. But I never fully pass out.

Okay, now I'm worried ... what does the doctor say?

Doctor hasn't said anything. It's gotten better.

If I can last a month, I'll be okay.

*gives you a hard stare*

Oh, who am I kidding? I wouldn't have gone to the doctor right away, either.

If it's still happening in June, or if it gets worse, I'll go to the doc. I'm hoping that by eating slightly more regularly, I can fix it. I'm pretty sure I know what the problem is. It's just not something I can fix NOW.

Well, minor changes in lifestyle often can fix a body up as well as doctor visits can -- and a lot more inexpensively.
