So, for those of you who don't know, I threw my back out wicked bad. I'm not sure how. I woke up on Sunday (the day that we had a morning performance, where I did the Devil, in DIED: OCTOBER 20TH), and an afternoon workshop (you try doing one of those and not running around, I dare ya) and an evening performance (where I did Morsah, in ARK, Lissa in EYE FOR AN EYE and Morningside in TO THE LAST AND FINAL ATOM) and couldn't move without having to fight the urge to do one of four things: 1)Scream 2)Throw up 3)Pass out and 4) All of the above, in that order. Luckily, by the time I went to bed on Sunday night, my back pain had backed off a little bit. Unluckily, when I woke up on Monday morning, it was worse than when I had gone to bed. Monday was okay; not the best for my back, but I was able to sit in one place and do computer and paperwork, so I didn't have to move around a lot. I reached the point where I could lay down, sit, or stand almost without pain, but moving between those three positions had me wanted to do the above four again. On Tuesday, we started rehearsing GO AHEAD- MAKE MY DAY and THE TRIUMPH. Guess who carries most of the movement for those two plays? You got it: Me. We also did some driving on Tuesday afternoon, and I discovered that sitting in the same position for three hours? Is not good for the back that is already in pain.

I got a waterbottle that will let me know how much more water I need to drink to get my daily bare minimum. (The waterbottle is the size of the eight cups of water minimum you need.) I got it last Saturday, and since then, I've always finished the bottle, and a few days, I've even drunk another half.

I got to go to Boot Hill Musuem in Dodge City today. It was really cool. I really liked the cemetary and the jail. (I had a camera and when I walked in, I had twenty four pictures that I could take. When I walked out, I had seven. And most of those were of the cemetary and the jail, I'll admit it.)

That's it for now.
