Okay, a little bit more than slightly disgusting.

Do vampires have to pee? I mean, you'd think that they would, since their diet consists entirely of liquid, but...

I personally wouldn't think so. I'd say that their bodies have to take so much stuff from the blood they get that they really don't have excretions of any sort.
