WTF, body?

I managed to (assuming, since I know what it feels like and it feels EXACTLY THE SAME AS LAST TIME) tear a ligament in my ankle.
While sitting down.
How? Still trying to figure that one out. What I know is that I got my foot stuck somehow underneath my spinny chair and didn’t realize it. So I was spinning in my spinny chair because that’s what one does in a spinny chair, and I spun too far, not realizing my foot was stuck, and something in my ankle went “POP!” in ways that ankles aren’t supposed to go “POP!” and I worked very hard to not start crying right there because I was in the middle of training class, and as soon as break happened I got my crutches out of my car and stuck an ankle brace (that I keep in my purse) on my ankle.
And now I finally get a chance to look at it, and it’s about three times its normal size and is COLORFUL! Oh, my gosh, this thing is purple and blue on my ankle and stretching down to my foot.
So I’ll be doing the same thing I did last time I tore things in my ankle: keep it wrapped, keep it iced, keep it elevated, and STAY OFF IT as much as possible.
*sigh*
Other than that, training is going great, and I’ve been told by the trainer that his money is on me for who makes the first sale, and then who’s going to make the most sales. I’ve made friends, and people like me. YAY!
I think I’m the only person I know who can do this kind of damage to themselves while sitting down.
