In your own space, post a rec for at least three fanworks that you did not create. Drop a link to your post in the comments. See if you can rec fanworks that are less likely to be praised: tiny fandoms, rare pairings, fanworks other than stories, lesser known kinks or tropes. Find fanworks that have few to no comments, or creators new to a particular fandom and maybe aren’t well known or appreciated. Appreciate them.

I’m going to not include

aadler on this list, because if I did, the list would be full of him. For that matter, I’m not going to include any of my normal people, for the same reason.

In no particular order:

1. Litchick08’s series with Veronica/Weevil (Veronica Mars), beginning with “Finding Magic on the Mountain”.
I really enjoyed it, and yeah, it focuses on the relationships, but more than anything else, it focuses on the characters in the relationships.

2. AngelFirenze’s “Only She Can Bear” (Buffy/Harry Potter crossover).
It’s short. It was done for the Twisted Shorts, but when something is as short as this one, it has to do everything perfectly. “Only She Can Bear” delivers on that need, in my opinion.

3. David Hines’ “Killing Elvis” (Aliens series).
Oh, God, it’s hilarious. Oh, God. Read it, read it, read it! But don’t have any liquid remotely nearby.
