The thing is that most propaganda like this doesn't make you think. It's not thought provoking, it's digestible. In fact I responded to it because it angers me how often this kind of stuff slides without being called out. I'm glad that you personally have responded to it intelligently but don't fool yourself into believing that this is normal. Sound bytes like this, in my opinion, are hugely responsible for the decline of intelligent voting for acedemic practice of the judicial system. We make cute little slogans that promote easily accessible emotions (pride, fear, anger, etc.)and plaster them wherever we can and proceed to reap votes based entirely off of who's jingle was more catchy.
