Our minds seem to operate along the same frequency. The only time I ever found myself choking, I simply tapped your mother on the shoulder and indicated my throat … and I was already thinking how to chair-Heimlich myself if she didn’t understand quickly enough. (She did.) Staying calm counts for more than most folks recognize.
