What to share? Obviously, I love reading and writing. My mom says I've been writing since I could first hold a crayon in my hand (about visiting Minnie Mouse at Disneyworld), but the first thing I remember writing was in my first diary, a story about me somehow winding up on The Enterprise and all the adventures that Wesley Crusher and I had together.

I love to do crafty type things. Knitting and crocheting are great relaxers for me, because it's repetetive movement that I don't have to think about, and I can see progress being made. I'm not fantastic at it, but I have fun and make things that work, and that's the important part.

Sketching is a fun thing for me to do, and I've been getting a lot better at it. I hope to eventually start a webcomic; I have the plot and everything for it, and the character concept sketches, but getting people to look the same way every time isn't one of my strong suits.

Performing. Golly, I love performing, and I really miss doing it on a daily basis. I'll occasionally make my family and fiance go karaoke, and I discovered in the most recent time that I kill on Adele's "Rolling in the Deep".

Roleplaying. Yes, I am that kind of geek. Not only do I read and write fanfic, but I am an RPer as well. I got started on Stargate, when I'd only seen a few episodes, and then branched out from there. I'm currently involved in a Stargate, Stargate Atlantis, a merge of Stargate and Atlantis that a friend, the fiance and myself are creating as we go, Star Wars, two created Star Trek RPs, an original RP based off of a story that I was writing ages ago, and a criminal RP that is so much fun. Pretty sure that the five of us that are active and pay attention to realistic detail have totally been flagged by the FBI, because we research everything -- for instance, the fiance and myself have been researching floor plans for a specific casino and all the possible ways to break into the vault.
