If you get stuck on anything, talk it out with your director. Someone at Career Conference A.C. said that your director should be your best friend, and I truly believe that. I don't know how big a unit you're in, but some Cadillac Units... I can see how people can fall through the cracks when a director has 100 or more on her team.
