Yes, yes, yes, Fallout.
Although my experience stems from the video game series, not the tabletop game. A point of order, though:
I'm confused. Is this before the Great War, or after the Great War? There doesn't seem to be a lot of post-apocalyptia to this, uh, post-apocalyptia.
