I have a monster migraine. My emotions are even more blended up than they were before. And I have good reason to have jumbled up crazy strong emotions.

I’m glad that my mom is safe. Beyond glad. Can’t even communicate how glad.

But I want to beat myself against a wall and I don’t know why.
