Thank you. I had a struggle with this story initially, because I'd written the second scene and hated it. I just couldn't get it sounding right. Essentially scrapped it, started writing the first scene, and that's when things started sliding into place for me. Rewrote the second scene to better fit what the new goal was, and just kept writing until it was done.
